Can I get a refund?

Credits are non-refundable. We recommend starting with a small purchase to test the service.

Am I charged for failed requests?

Yes, credits are deducted even if OCR fails because compute resources are still consumed. Use the dry run mode (free) to validate images first.

Do I need an account for free requests?

No. Free requests work without any signup. Your usage is tracked anonymously via a browser fingerprint.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. No cryptocurrency or bank transfers.

Is this a KYC/identity verification service?

No. We extract structured data from passport MRZ zones. We are not an identity verification or KYC provider.

How is my data handled?

All images are processed in-memory and never stored to disk or database. Zero data retention policy.

What happens when my credits run out?

Requests with your API key will return an INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS error. You can still use the free tier (10/day) without an API key.
